Regarding refund for our Pro spreadsheets.  Due to the nature of downloadable products, we request that our business is also respected. As stated in the refund policy and FAQ, we do not offer refunds for the Spreadsheet PRO Package.

Cancellation requests via email or contact forms may not be accepted due to the large volumes of email we receive.
