Syntax Description
Description:
Get the details of what is included in a settlement transaction.
WARNING: For large sellers, do NOT use this function for a long time period, like “last year”. It will try to load thousands of orders. Google will timeout and will block your requests for the next 24hrs as it thinks you are a bot.
Syntax:
GORILLA_SETTLEMENTDETAILS(Seller ID, period, settlement_id, [page], [filter], [amount_type], [amount_description], [fulfillment_id], [start_date], [end_date])
Seller ID – REQUIRED
Enter the seller ID or nickname you entered in your Gorilla account.
period – REQUIRED
Predefined period to get settlements information or use custom to specify a start and end date.
settlement_id – REQUIRED
A numeric valid settlement id to filter the results.
page – OPTIONAL
An integer page number to navigate through larger settlements. Each page has 20K records.
filter – OPTIONAL
SKU, or Amazon Order Id to filter the results. Can be a range of values like A1:A100 where A1 to A100 consists of values like SKU111, SKU222, SKU333 or ORDER111.
amount_type – OPTIONAL
A valid amount type to filter the results. Valid amount types are ItemPrice, ItemWithheldTax, ItemFees, Promotion, other-transaction, FBA Inventory Reimbursement, Cost of Advertising.
amount_description – OPTIONAL
A valid amount description to filter the results. Valid amount descriptions are Principal, Tax, MarketplaceFacilitatorTax-Principal, FBAPerUnitFulfillmentFee, Commission, Shipping, ShippingTax, MarketplaceFacilitatorTax-Shipping, ShippingChargeback, RefundCommission, Subscription Fee, Compensated_Clawback, TransactionTotalAmount.
fulfillment_id – OPTIONAL
Fulfillment id such as AFN or MFN
start_date – OPTIONAL
Starting date for the posted date range when period is custom.
end_date – OPTIONAL
Ending date for the posted date range when period is custom.
